Our Mission and Vision
The Fiona Brady Foundation

The Fiona Brady Foundation is a beacon of hope and knowledge dedicated to skin cancer awareness and prevention.
We strive to educate individuals about the dangers of skin cancer while fostering a supportive community.
With heart and determination, we work to turn the tide on skin cancer.
This organisation was born from love, loss, and the enduring memory of Fiona Brady, who passed away from skin cancer on 29 January 2024, aged just 36.
Throughout Fiona’s journey, she and her family came face to face with how isolating a skin cancer diagnosis can feel, and how limited awareness and support often are. Yet, even in the hardest moments, Fiona’s strength of character, determination, and resilience never wavered. She carried herself with a quiet courage that left a lasting mark on everyone who knew her.
Our mission is driven by Fiona’s legacy. We exist to honour her life by turning her strength into purpose, keeping her memory alive while raising awareness, promoting early detection, and improving education and support around skin cancer across Northern Ireland.
Through compassion, advocacy, and action, we are committed to ensuring that no one feels unseen, unheard, or alone , and that Fiona’s story continues to bring hope, awareness, and change.
